Job Title: Internal Audit Manager - Housing Finance - Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

- Help in conducting audits/co- ordination of audits with consultants for HO Audits, Branch Audits and IT Audits.

- Helping the Head Internal Audit in making the Audit plan, execution of audits, monitoring of external consultants, assisting in developing data analytics for audits.

- Open to Travel to branches whenever required.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of information to the relevant stakeholders (which includes Top Management, Regulators, Rating Agencies).

- Working closely with Risk and Compliance departments for their inputs in Audits.

- Helping in assignments given by stakeholders. Assist Head - Internal Audt in formulating Data Analytics for key parameters and identifying the problem areas to focus upon.

- Updation of Regulatory Norms and Master Direction issued by Regulators, IIA and ICAI. Proactively able to identify the impact of Regulatory norms on processes and their inclusion in Audit Execution

- Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner

- Familiar with RBI/Companies Act/SEBI Regulatory norms

Key Skills:

- Companies/NBFCs/Big 4s Risk Advisory Should be able to add value to the process and contribute further to its improvement.

- Good drafting skills, should be able to analyze the process gaps and recommend practical ways to improve a process.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities

Industry: Banking/BFSI/Fintech/NBFC/Financial Services

Experience: Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years experience in Internal Audit

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Head Office)

Qualification: CA qualified in first attempt (All Groups)
