Internal Audit Manager - CA

Location: Mumbai

Position: Internal Audit Manager

Experience: Qualified CA with 4+ years of Internal Audit experience (excluding articleship)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Risk-Based Internal Audits across diverse industries

- Review systems, processes, internal controls, and IFC frameworks

- Identify risks, prepare audit reports, and recommend improvements

- Lead audit engagements and manage client interactions with senior stakeholders (CFO, CEO, HODs, etc.)

- Prepare SOPs, IFC documentation, and perform control testing

- Guide and mentor audit team members

- Conduct inventory verification and compliance reviews

Requirements:

- Qualified CA

- Strong experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management

- Excellent analytical and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage

- Willingness to travel to client locations across cities
