It is listed NBFC with operations pan India.  Role specs:  - Annual Internal Audit Plan based on risk assessment preparation  - Responsible for the overall performance of internal audit function for lending business.  - Assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and making recommendations for improvements and implementing best practices.  - Ensure the company fully complies with the regulations laid down by authorized legal bodies  - Manage audit staff in the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring of Internal Audit operations.  Candidate Profile :   - CA is a must.
