Job Summary:
The incumbent the Interior Design is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure creative excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth. The incumbent will be responsible to lead a HUB/Cluster and managing a team of 10-15 members in Interior Design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Planning, organizing and executing interior design projects from start to finish, including managing timelines, budgets and resources.
- Client Communication: Understanding client needs and preferences, providing clear and concise updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Design Execution: Strong understanding of design principles, material and can translate them into practical and visually appealing spaces.
- Coordination: Coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, MEP, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem-Solving: You can identify and resolve potential problems proactively, ensuring projects stay within timeline and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Experienced in selecting and managing vendors, understanding contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Budget Management: Understanding of budget, cost and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- Team Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating project teams, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring everyone is working towards common goals.
