Role Summary :

The Interior Design Head will lead the vision, strategy & execution of all interior design initiatives across luxury, residential, and commercial projects for this real estate organization.

This leadership role requires combining creativity with business acumen, ensuring designs meet global standards while aligning with the company's brand identity and customer & stakeholders expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

- Develop and implement the organisation's interior design strategy across all asset categories.

- Convert business goals & customer insights into interior design solutions that are functional, visually appealing, and sustainable.

- Evaluate projects against international standards and industry best practices.

2. Design Development & Execution

- Oversee the entire interior design process, from concept to completion, for luxury residences, show flats, clubhouses, offices, and retail environments.

- Work collaboratively with architects, project leaders, and external consultants to ensure interiors are seamlessly integrated with the overall design.

- Maintain consistency in design language, choice of materials, and quality across all projects.

Qualification

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
