We are looking for Mumbai Subhurban - Projects High rise developer, who want highly luxury aesthetics oriented, western influenced , a highly specialized interior architect or design consultant in Mumbai who understands the nuances of luxury residential presentation-not just functional living spaces, but the art of showcasing lifestyle and design intent.

Position: Full-Time Interior Architect - Luxury Residential Projects

Location: Mumbai - Chembur

Working days and time - Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th non working) - 9am to 6pm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time interior architect with a strong design sensibility and international exposure to lead the creation of high-impact presentation spaces for our luxury residential development. These spaces are not for sale but are meant to showcase the lifestyle and design philosophy to potential buyers

Focus Areas:

- Sales office (temporary but high-impact)

- Sample flat interiors (to be dismantled later)

- Clubhouse, pool area, amenities showcase (permanent installations)

Required Expertise:

- International Project Experience: Exposure to global design standards, luxury aesthetics, and client expectations.

- Luxury Residential Design: Deep understanding of spatial flow, material palettes, lighting, and ambiance that reflect high-end living.

- Temporary vs. Permanent Installations: Ability to design modular, dismantlable spaces (like sample flats and sales offices) while ensuring they still feel premium.

- Amenity Design: Experience in creating visually compelling and functional clubhouses, pool decks, fitness centers, and community lounges.

- Sales Psychology: Knows how to design spaces that emotionally connect with potential buyers-creating desire, aspiration, and trust.

- Collaborative Mindset: Can work with developers, marketing teams, and branding consultants to align design with positioning.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 8-15 years in interior architecture, preferably with luxury residential projects

- International Exposure: Experience with global design standards and clientele

- Design Sensibility: Strong understanding of spatial flow, materiality, lighting, and ambiance

- Project Types: Must have worked on sample flats, sales lounges, and amenity areas

- Execution Skills: Ability to manage end-to-end design delivery, including site coordination

- Communication: Fluent in client-facing interactions and team collaboration
