About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned HR Consultant who can step in with confidence, manage client relationships with maturity, and deliver operational excellence with a consulting mind-set. You'll serve as the bridge between Shilputsi clients and our internal teams ensuring every engagement reflects our hallmark quality, empathy, and insight.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

- Oversee HR operations for client organizations - including on boarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

- Translate client needs into actionable HR solutions that align with business goals.

- Collaborate closely with consultants and project teams to deliver integrated, high-impact HR outcomes.

- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare client reports and presentations.

- Uphold Shilputsi's consulting ethos of trust, discretion, and partnership in every engagement.



Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations, consulting, or client management.

- Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts with agility and professionalism.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and talent management.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - with a consultative, empathetic approach.

- Adept at working in dynamic environments with evolving client needs.

- High ownership mind-set and attention to detail.
