Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to lead our textile company during a period of transition. The Consultant will be responsible for overseeing production in our factory, coordinating with clients, and liaising with vendors on ongoing assignments and future strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the textile industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee production in the factory, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and that quality standards are met consistently. 2. Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the company, focusing on growth, profitability, and sustainability. 3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the textile industry, with a focus on silk fabric production and applications. 3. Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role 4. Strong understanding of the textile industry, including production processes, supply chain management, and market trends. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to make informed decisions quickly and adapt to changing circumstances. 7. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software.
