Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Solutions Architect who will play a key role in shaping our client engagements by designing and implementing next-generation technology solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, and modern engineering practices, combined with the ability to drive AI/ML and data engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and create technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

- Architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.

- Design and implement DevSecOps architectures to ensure secure and automated delivery pipelines.

- Lead the design and adoption of MLOps frameworks for AI/ML deployment and lifecycle management.

- Architect LLM/AI-based solutions, integrating emerging AI technologies into enterprise systems.

- Guide data engineering architectures, including data pipelines, lakes, and real-time processing.

- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to align solutions with client requirements.

- Provide leadership in technology selection, PoCs, and best practice adoption.

- Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a solutions/technical architect role.

- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps/DevSecOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD).

- Knowledge of MLOps, AI/LLM integration, and Data Engineering frameworks.

- Strong proficiency with databases (relational and NoSQL).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).

- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) for full-stack solutions.

- Familiarity with global delivery models and agile methodologies.
