JOIN OUR CORPORATE COMMUNICATION TEAM.

The Manager of Corporate Communications will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the companys reputation, engage key stakeholders, and ensure a consistent brand message. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with senior leadership to align messaging with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies across multiple channels, including media relations, public relations, internal communications, and social media.

- Craft and manage the companys external communications, including press releases, interviews, and media kits.

- Collaborate with leadership to create internal communications that engage employees and support company culture.

- Manage crisis communication and ensure the organization is prepared with messaging for potential challenges.

- Lead media outreach efforts and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.

- Analyze communication metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.

- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Experience in media relations, with a strong network of media contacts preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders.

- Crisis management experience is a plus.
