Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Analyze and model current state ('As-Is') and future state ('To-Be') business processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through the new application.
- Functional Specification: Create comprehensive functional specification documents (FSDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. These documents will clearly define the application's functionality, user interface requirements, and the specific logic for data exchange with SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary bridge between business departments, the IT development team, and SAP functional consultants. Ensure clear and continuous communication, manage expectations, and facilitate a shared understanding of project goals.
- Data Mapping & Integration: Work closely with technical architects and developers to define data mapping requirements between the new application and SAP. Specify how data objects (like sales orders, invoices, or customer master data) will be created, updated, and synchronized.
- Testing & Validation: Develop test cases and scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Actively participate in and support testing phases to ensure that the developed solution meets the specified business requirements and integrates correctly with SAP.
- Training & Support: Assist in the development of training materials and provide post-implementation support to business users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new application.
