THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are inviting applications for Senior Associate, Assistant Vice President and Vice President roles within our transaction team. This is a front-line, execution-and-origination seat for professionals who want to run live mandates end-to-end rather than work on a single slice of the deal. You will own workstreams across the full capital-raising and M-A lifecycle, interface directly with clients, investors and lenders, and take on responsibility that scales with your judgement.

END-TO-END MANDATE EXPOSURE:

A single seat, the entire deal. You will touch every phase of a live transaction:

- Origination: Sector mapping, pitch preparation and client conversion

- Preparation: Information memorandum, financial model and investment storyboard

- Marketing: Investor - lender outreach, process management and Q-A

- Negotiation: Term sheets, structuring and transaction documentation

- Close

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant professional experience; prior investment banking experience is strongly preferred.

- Technical craft: Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to build board- and investor-ready presentations.

- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication; you can hold the room with a client and write with clarity.

- Rigour: Exceptional attention to detail and an instinct for getting the numbers and the narrative exactly right.

- Ownership mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-directed and comfortable carrying responsibility on live deals.
