You will be responsible for P&L and basically be running the show! First step is to add 10 paying customers to the platform and build a solid re-seller program for Reasy. Core Experience: - Should have had experience building and growing SaaS platforms/ecosystems - Worked in enterprise tech, preferably around catering to BFSI - 10+ years of experience building/growing businesses/departments; ex-tech entrepreneur/ Start-up experience is a bonus - Should have worked in Tech, you dont have to be a coder but you definitely need to understand what it takes to build a Tech company - Experience having built a partnership/re-seller business model for products - Great network in the industry to build a partner ecosystem that will re-sell, implement and grow Reasys presence - Strategized product/business launches - Should have clarity on managing growth - Experience managing P&L - Experience managing and growing teams and talent Responsibilities: - Manage the entire P&L for this business unit - Acquire the first 10 Reasy customers in BFSI in the first year and grow it thereafter - Bring on the first 10 re-seller partners who will help evangelize and sell Reasy and grow it there after - Build the platform business both supply and demand Reasy ecosystem of users and buyers - Strategize and execute GTM - Launch the platform into the market - Scale Reasys growth and adoption - Build sales team and pipeline for Reasy - Create a partner ecosystem who can re-sell and implement applications using Reasy - Build a recurring business model for Reasy - Give product inputs to improve value proposition in the market based on customer interactions Skills & Personality Traits: - Sales passion and hunger - Self-driven - Growth mindset - Strategic thought-process - Strong inter-personal skills - Good at communication - Open to travelling - Boundary-less behavior - Strong technology and market focused strengths
