
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
This role requires excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job descriptions, roles, and skill requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and implement conflict resolution strategies.
- Implement employee recognition programs and initiatives to improve retention.
Performance Management & Development:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development paths.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, labor law, and other regulatory obligations.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and HR best practices to advise leadership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and reward programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation strategies to remain competitive.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing and benefits delivery.
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Drive organizational development, culture transformation, and change management initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and MS Office tools
