Position Overview: - We are looking for a Vice President - Facilities Operations, a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience in facilities management. - This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes, driving service quality, and managing large on-ground teams to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of facilities operations across multiple sites - Ensure operational efficiency across technical services (STP, WTP, DG sets, HVAC, Swimming Pools, etc.) - Supervise HR processes including hiring, onboarding, training, and workforce productivity - Monitor and drive compliance to safety, environmental, and statutory norms - Analyze performance metrics through MMR, MIS, and Excel reports to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met - Implement continuous improvement processes across soft and hard services - Engage with clients for escalations, audits, and satisfaction scores - Mentor facility managers and site leads to build a high-performing team culture Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics (EEE) Experience: - 7-10 years in facilities operations, preferably in large commercial or residential complexes - Strong knowledge of technical infrastructure - STP, WTP, DG sets, water treatment, etc. - Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, MIS & MMR reporting - Exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal - Proven experience in HR-related processes and team management - Strong leadership presence and client management ability Additional Requirements: - Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license - Willingness to travel within operational zones if required Why Join Us? - Be part of a future-ready company driving innovation in facilities management - Lead high-impact operations backed by tech-enabled platforms - Work in a culture that values integrity, professionalism, and sustainability
