Intellicus Technologies - Specialist - Workforce Management

Exp: 5-10 years.

Qualification: This role is for Business Consultant. He/She will be responsible for project management therefore it is important for the candidate to have in depth understanding of the WFM tools and project management experience.

- Should have minimum 5 and maximum 9 years of experience in WFM role where the applicant has worked for all stages of WFM (Forecasting, capacity plan, roster & schedule).

- Aptitude in creative problem-solving.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Familiarity with a wide selection of WFM software such as Verint, Genesis, Nice IEX etc. and databases.

- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.

- Should be confident and excellent in communication both written and verbal.

- Should be willing to work in an individual contributor role.

- Certified Management Consultant is a plus.

- Must be willing to travel as per business requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation.

- Collecting information about the clients business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, reading reports etc.).

- Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.

- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a clients wishes, capabilities and

limitations forming concise reports.

- Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice.

- Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes.

- Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies.

- Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.

- Partner with Professional Services team to support project management from business capability standpoint.

- Work as a business knowledge bridge between internal and external team.
