We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Recruiting to lead our talent acquisition strategy, oversee recruiting operations, and build a high-performing recruitment function.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep expertise in scaling hiring across diverse roles, driving employer branding, and partnering with leadership to meet workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall recruiting strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to forecast talent needs and workforce planning.
- Build, manage, and scale recruiting teams to support high-volume and specialized hiring.
Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization:
- Develop and standardize best practices across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Oversee recruitment metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency.
- Implement ATS/CRM tools, technology solutions, and automation to streamline recruiting operations.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent pools, and executive search.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Build relationships with universities, industry groups, and recruiting agencies to expand talent pipelines.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Ensure recruiting strategies foster diversity and inclusivity at all levels of hiring.
- Partner with HR and leadership to embed DEI practices in recruiting processes.
Team Development & Leadership:
- Mentor and develop recruiters, sourcers, and recruiting managers into a high-performing team.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to hiring managers to enhance interview effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of progressive recruiting/talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling recruiting teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment law.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems, recruitment analytics, and talent intelligence tools.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in executive recruiting, DEI initiatives, and employer branding.
