Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Head / AVP - West Region to lead our B2B Corporate & Enterprise Sales efforts for our suite of procurement and financial automation solutions, including:
P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Portal
Vendor Portal
Source-to-Pay Platform
B2B E-Marketplace
Accounts Payable Automation & Vendor Invoice Management
This leadership role requires 8-14 years of experience in enterprise sales, engaging CTOs, CFOs, and MD-level executives to promote automation-driven procurement and financial solutions that optimize cash flow, vendor management, and invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the West Region sales team to drive adoption of our AI-powered procurement and finance automation platforms.
- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies, targeting CFOs, procurement heads, and financial decision-makers.
- Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients, emphasizing the value of Accounts Payable Automation and Vendor Invoice Management for financial efficiency.
- Educate clients on the role of AI in procurement, vendor management, and financial process optimization.
- Lead negotiations, high-impact sales meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure revenue growth, accurate forecasting, and market penetration for the newly launched platform.
Key Challenges & Opportunities:
- New Product Adoption: Since the procurement and invoice management solutions are recently launched, the candidate must establish market trust and awareness.
- Enterprise-Level Engagement: The role requires relationship-building with CTOs, CFOs, and MID-level executives.
- Competitive Landscape: Positioning our solutions against existing finance automation and procurement platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8-14 years of experience in B2B Corporate & Enterprise Sales, preferably in procurement automation, SaaS, or financial technology solutions.
- Expertise in engaging C-level executives (CTOs, CFOs, MDs) and driving technology adoption in procurement and financial operations.
- Deep understanding of P2P, Vendor Management, Source-to-Pay, B2B Procurement, Accounts Payable Automation, and Invoice Processing Solutions.
Other Skills:
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven sales execution abilities.
- Generating Leads with its own Contacts
- Nurturing Leads from the contacts received from Marketing
- Meaningful networking with decision makers & influencers to amplify- Intellect- brand
- Search for suitable Partners & Agents to increase reach in the market
- Look for Suitable local Events & Organization to increase reach
- Visit Customers on regular basis to generate confidence and initiate relationship development
- Technical Discussions with Customer and capturing the requirement
- Unearth white spaces in chosen markets to position the right set of products.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales team to provide a correct & Value added solution to customer
- Commercial offer preparation, Negotiation & Closure
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Prepare & Maintain regular MIS
- Proactively travel and scout for more regions & Customers base
- Build/Leverage relationships with CEOs and CXOs to acquire & grow the share of wallet in large/strategic accounts
Qualifications:
- BE with 70% + Aggregate marks
- MBA would be preferred
- Total Experience - 8 to 14 years
- Similar filed -IT & SaaS Product Sales product Experience
