Role Overview:

We seek a senior MEL professional to lead business growth in MEL, Health & Nutrition and guide high-impact evaluations. The role involves designing and managing complex MEL projects while strengthening Intellecap's visibility and portfolio in this domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive MEL and Health & Nutrition-related business development: identify opportunities, develop proposals, and engage donors and governments.

- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and quality assurance for complex evaluations using rigorous methodologies.

- Provide thematic expertise in public health, nutrition, ECCE, WASH, and school feeding programs.

- Apply gender and social inclusion lenses; ensure ethical data collection with informed consent and cultural sensitivity.

- Represent Intellecap in conferences, contribute to thought leadership, and develop knowledge products.

Qualifications:

- 12-20 years in MEL, with strong leadership and business development experience.

- Master's degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, or relevant field.

- Proven expertise in public health evaluations, institutional capacity assessment.

- Skilled in data analysis (quantitative/qualitative), sampling, and synthesis using tools like SPSS, Stata, or R.

- Exceptional writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience in consulting is must.
