About Investment Banking at Intellecap

Intellecap's Investment Banking Team is a pioneer in executing transactions for impact enterprises and has intermediated over USD 800M for social enterprises and from a varied group of global investors like Foundations, Impact investors, Development Financial institutions and Private Equity funds. We focus on Private equity, Debt and M&A advisory for clients across Financial Services, Healthcare, Food & Agri and Clean Energy. We have a track record of >15 years with more than 150 Assignments till date.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Execute debt mandates for clients including term loans, debt capital markets, structured finance, and blended finance.

- Prepare credit notes, investor pitch decks, financial models, and capital structuring analysis.

- Liaise with domestic institutional lenders, impact debt funds, NBFCs, and banks for deal placement and syndication.

- Lead due diligence coordination, lender meetings, and closure of documentation.

- Support the current portfolio monitoring and post-investment support (e.g., covenant tracking, MIS review).

- Support/Ideate with the senior management team to originate larger/repeat business from existing clients.

- Support in cross-selling advisory services from equity/M&A, consulting, and research verticals.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years in debt syndication, structured finance, NBFC capital raising, or project finance.

- Familiarity with MSME finance, housing finance, climate lending, or microfinance sectors.

- MBA/CA/CFA preferred, with strong financial analysis and credit structuring capabilities.

- Understanding of impact-linked finance or blended capital structures is a plus.

Round 3 - HR Interview (Final assessment of role fitment & cultural alignment)
