Roles and Responsibilities:
Aavishkaar is looking to hire a high-calibre - Associate for Fundraising- to strengthen our capital-raising efforts across current and upcoming funds. The role focuses on building, deepening, and managing relationships with- family offices, with a preference for candidates who bring- existing networks in North India or South India.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to drive capital commitments, support fundraising strategy, manage investor engagement pipelines, and represent Aavishkaar to UHNI family offices, multi-family offices, and wealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising & Capital Raising:
- Originate, nurture, and convert relationships with family offices, UHNIs, and multifamily offices to raise capital across Aavishkaars funds.
- Leverage personal networks in North or South India for warm introductions and active pipeline development.
- Build a deep understanding of Aavishkaars funds, strategy, performance, and differentiation to articulate the value proposition convincingly.
- Support roadshows, fund pitches, and investor meetings, and ensure tailored materials are shared ahead of engagements.
2. Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular engagement with prospective and existing investors through structured follow-ups, updates, events, and touchpoints.
- Track investor preferences, mandate fit, and investment appetite to ensure high-quality outreach.
- Act as a point of contact for family office investors and coordinate seamlessly with the broader fundraising and investor relations team.
3. Fundraising Operations & Documentation:
- Prepare and refine pitch decks, one-pagers, fund teasers, and due-diligence materials.
- Manage the CRM pipelinetracking interactions, updating progress, and ensuring disciplined funnel management.
- Support in closing documentation, data room management, and investor onboarding.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor capital flows, family office trends, and UHNI investment preferences across North/South India.
- Provide insights to refine fundraising strategy, target lists, and outreach sequencing.
- Identify relevant events, associations, and networks to expand Aavishkaars visibility.
Key Requirements:
- 6 years of work experience in fundraising, wealth management, private banking, family office coverage, or investment product distribution.
- Strong network within family offices; preference for relationships originating in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh OR Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kerala.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate fund structures, performance metrics, and investment concepts.
- High level of ownership, maturity, and ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for investor meetings.
