Intellecap - Associate - Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibility:

- Taking control of Payment Vendor Management.

- Ensuring all regulatory, statutory compliances are complied with.

- Handle end to end Banking operations, KYC, transactions etc.

- Complete control of ledger accounts and payments, to ensure completeness and correctness.

- Monthly and yearly closing of books and producing accurate Financial Reports under Ind AS within specific deadlines.

- Quarterly preparation of Board decks.

- Liaising with Auditors to ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit.

- Filing of regulatory returns like TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.

Education and Experience requirements:

- CA/Bcom/Mcom with 7-9 years of experience

Competency requirement:

- Sound knowledge of Income Tax, GST etc

- Basic Knowledge of Accounting standards, Ind AS

- MS Excel and PPT

6. Experience with Section 8 company preferred
