The position is for Aavishkaar's Credit Fund which provides Credit (Debt) facilities to performing profitable SMEs as also scaled up B2B ventures in the export value chains for growth capital. It's an ESG led fund and supports sustainable practises for driving commercial returns.

Job Description:

- Responsible for end-to-end accounting and financial operations, including book closure, monthly reconciliations, and audit readiness. Oversee statutory and tax compliance covering GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, and Companies Act requirements.

- Manage financial reporting through P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and monthly MIS.

- Monitor working capital, collections, vendor payments, banking, and liquidity planning. Support budgeting, variance analysis, cost optimization, and implementation of financial controls and approval processes.

- Accounting & closing books, monthly close, reconciliations, audit readiness.

- Tax & compliance: Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, statutory filings, and ROC/Companies Act compliance, ensuring timely submissions, accurate reconciliations, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.

- MIS & reporting: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, monthly management reports.

- Cash & working capital: collections, vendor payments, banking, liquidity planning.

- Budgeting & controls: budgets, variance analysis, cost controls, approval processes.

- External coordination: auditors, banks, tax consultants, vendors and regulators.
