Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and brand positioning.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.

- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product launches, events, and promotional activities.

- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.

- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
