Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of market trends, digital channels, and customer behavior, and can align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to design and execute campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance using analytics and KPIs (ROI, CAC, CLV, engagement, etc.
- Drive content strategy, including messaging frameworks, customer personas, and positioning.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Report on campaign effectiveness and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors /master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
