Integration & Separation - Deal Advisory

Educational qualifications :

- MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA - Accounting equivalent degree in a related field from an accredited college/university

Work experience :

- 5 - 7 years of total work experience

Mandatory technical & functional skills :

- Familiar with the deal lifecycle from pre-signing to post-close operations; Experience assisting with M&A transactions will be a huge plus

- Experience with project management, process analysis, process redesign, financial systems, analytics, or financial analysis required.

- Understand the finance and accounting function and experience with one or more F&A sub-functions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Internal Audit is preferred

- Familiar with transition service agreements (TSAs), charts of accounts, and shared services

- A good awareness of the component parts of a finance function and the typical organizational structure, processes, controls, systems and performance metrics/ benchmarks

- A keen interest in merger and acquisitions, with financial and commercial awareness, Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential

Preferred technical & functional skills :

- International work experience preferred

- Presentation (oral and written)

- Good client relationship skills

- Analysis, problem solving and Report writing
