Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager (B2B & B2C) SEO, Social & Growth Strategy

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly versatile and data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead cross-channel strategies across both B2B and B2C verticals.
This hybrid role demands an expert in performance marketing, SEO, and growth-oriented content strategy, who can simultaneously drive TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google SEO campaigns.
You will craft and execute full-funnel marketing initiatives, generate qualified leads, build brand equity, and directly support sales and customer acquisition objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and own the end-to-end marketing strategy across social media, SEO, paid and organic channels.
- Align multi-platform campaigns with business objectives for both B2B (e.g. lead generation, partnerships) and B2C (e.g. conversion-focused user acquisition).
- Develop monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps, including KPIs, content calendars, and testing frameworks.
SEO & Performance Marketing
- Lead on-page/off-page SEO initiatives to improve domain authority, rankings, and organic traffic
growth.
- Optimize blog, landing page, and product content for Google and YouTube search visibility.
- Use GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and heatmaps for diagnostics and performance evaluation.
Social Media Channel Ownership
- Design content funnels for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Ads to drive engagement and
conversions.
- Build a LinkedIn marketing playbook focused on B2B lead acquisition, retargeting, and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with designers and creators to produce platform-native, audience-resonant creatives.
Campaign & Funnel Management
- Launch and manage A/B-tested ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Track CAC, ROAS, CTRs, and conversion metrics with weekly dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure MQL/SQL handoff and performance loopbacks.
Team & Collaboration
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and external agencies or freelancers.
- Guide junior marketers or interns on SEO content, campaign setup, and platform mechanics.
- Communicate insights and reports to executive leadership with strategic clarity.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in digital marketing with proven experience in both B2B and B2C domains.
- Deep expertise in SEO strategy and tools (GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Portfolio of successful TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ad campaigns.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Ads, paid content targeting, and demand gen mechanics.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to read and act on marketing funnel data.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting 360 marketing strategies.
- Clear understanding of growth metrics (LTV, CAC, ROAS) and attribution modeling.
