We're hiring for an Integrated Marketing Manager for our client, a fast-growing D2C brand based in Bangalore. The role will focus on building, scaling, and leading new-age marketing channels with the goal of driving significant growth in D2C sales contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Growth & Strategy: Identify, test, and launch innovative marketing channels such as podcasts, event sponsorships, and other emerging formats to drive business growth.
- Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end - from strategy to execution - ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
- Content Partnerships: Build and manage collaborations with KOLs, celebrities, publishers, and other brands to create impactful, co-branded content.
- New Marketing Initiatives: Lead strategic responses to market trends and competitive movements
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the key owner of the integrated marketing channel, presenting insights, performance reports, and growth strategies to leadership teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, category management, or growth roles - ideally within a D2C setup.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling new marketing channels or partnerships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading teams.
- Analytical yet creative mindset with a knack for storytelling through data.
