Description:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing Communications & PR Manager to lead our brand communication, content strategy, and social media lifecycle. The ideal candidate can simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives while maintaining strong brand consistency across all channels. This role involves end-to-end ownership of content creation, social media, PR initiatives, and cross-functional brand campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, research, write, and edit SEO-friendly blog articles and long-form content.

- Develop high-impact thought-leadership content for executives, including articles, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, and keynote narratives.

- Write compelling copy and brand messaging for campaigns, marketing assets, and digital platforms.

- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

- Create, manage, and optimize content calendars, engagement plans, and channel-specific storytelling.

- Write and edit YouTube scripts/storyboards and collaborate with video production teams.

- Lead coordination with creative and advertising agencies to develop campaigns, brand assets, and promotional materials.

- Manage newsletters, customer communications, and segmented outreach programs.


- Manage podcast planning, scripting, guest coordination, content repurposing, and promotional strategy.

- Oversee website content updates, UX consistency, and brand alignment.

- Monitor and improve SEO performance, traffic, and content discoverability.

- Work with CMS tools to maintain and enhance digital presence.

- Partner with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure messaging consistency.

- Manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and content workflows with efficiency.


Skills & Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, content creation, or brand marketing.


- Strong visual sensibility; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.

- Proven expertise in content creation, copywriting, blogs, campaign messaging, and social content.

- Experience with SEO, analytics tools, keyword research, and content planning.

- Ability to handle multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams and agencies.

- Creative mindset with strong execution speed and adaptability.

- Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
