About:
- You are responsible to head and manage LCC customer(s) operations whilst meeting customer's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and productivity improvement;
- To ensure the smooth implementation of new business and deliverable of KPI's for respective project in LCC
- To manage the existing business within the LCC in a controlled commercial and operational environment
- To strive to continually improve the operational performance of the LCC through productivity improvement both to maximize gain share opportunities and to ensure customer excellence
- To work with the development and implementation teams to ensure that there is a structured plan for the introduction of new business
- To work with the business manager and the new clients to ensure that everyone involved in the business is aware of their responsibilities
- To Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to both internal and external visitors
- To always uphold the concept of the LCC as a showcase for what we do within IL
Required Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Oversee logistics projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet business goals.
