Role Overview:

We are looking for a commercially oriented and analytical finance professional to support FP&A, consolidated MIS, business performance analysis and financial decision-making across Integrace and other group entities. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to connect financial and operational data, identify risks and opportunities, improve profitability and efficiency, and translate analysis into actionable insights and timely course correction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. FP&A, Consolidated MIS & Reporting:

- Support annual operating plans (AOP), budgeting and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts across functions and group entities.

- Prepare consolidated MIS, dashboards and management reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery.

- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identify key performance drivers and recommend corrective actions.

- Analyse financial and operational data across functions to develop a holistic view of business performance.

- Automate system reports, dashboards and financial models to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

- Support preparation of management and investor updates, highlighting performance, key trends, risks and outlook.

2. Business Finance & Commercial Analysis:

- Analyse revenue, volume, pricing, discounts, cost of goods sold (COGS) and margins to identify growth and profitability opportunities.

- Evaluate marketing spends and return on investment (ROI), assessing effectiveness and opportunities to improve returns.

- Partner with business teams to assess commercial initiatives and understand their financial implications.

- Analyse competitor and market data to support business planning and pricing decisions.

- Maintain pricing trackers and support evaluation of pricing strategies, including relevant regulatory considerations.

- Monitor budgets, cost commitments, open purchase orders and contracts to strengthen financial discipline and prevent cost leakages.

3. Cost Optimisation, Inventory & Working Capital:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve operating efficiency.

- Monitor inventory, receivables and working capital, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for optimisation.

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory planning, cash flow and working-capital efficiency.

- Track cash conversion, including the EBITDA-to-Operating Cash Flow ratio, and flag deviations requiring corrective action.

4. Risk Management & Decision Support:

- Identify financial, operational and commercial risks and assess their potential business implications.

- Investigate performance deviations, identify root causes and recommend practical course correction.

- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions, pricing and investment evaluations.

- Support evaluation of strategic initiatives and, where relevant, acquisition opportunities through financial analysis, business-case preparation and assessment of risks and synergies.

5. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management:

- Identify gaps and support standardisation of financial processes, including those related to new channels such as E-commerce and new product launches.

- Develop and maintain financial models, trackers and dashboards using advanced Excel.

- Improve the accuracy, efficiency and standardisation of reporting, budgeting and planning processes.

- Present financial insights, risks and recommendations clearly to management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Competencies:

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A or Commercial Finance.

- CA preferred; MBA in Finance considered.

- Experience in Pharma, FMCG or Retail preferred.

- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling and management reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with large datasets.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and commercial acumen.

- Ability to identify risks, evaluate business implications and recommend course correction.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.

- Attention to detail, ownership and the ability to work in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
