Role Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Alliance Manager to lead, nurture and expanding our strategic partnership with Microsoft.
- This role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing collaboration, and delivering innovative solutions aligned with both organizations' goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem, alliance management, and technology trends.
- The role involves driving joint initiatives, co-selling, and leveraging Microsoft's ecosystem to maximize business opportunities and strengthen the partnership.
- The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, Microsoft alliance management.
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms (e. , Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365).

Key Responsibilities:.
Strategic Partnership Management:.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and Microsoft.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft, including executives, product teams, and field representatives.
Business Development and Co-Selling:.
- Identify and drive joint business opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft's sales teams.
- Coordinate co-selling initiatives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor pipeline and performance metrics to ensure alignment with Microsoft's goals and objectives.
Program Participation:.
- Manage participation in Microsoft's partner programs (e. , Azure Marketplace, ISV Success Program, MCPP).
- Stay updated on new programs, incentives, and co-marketing opportunities offered by Microsoft.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft's partner program requirements and certifications.
- Leverage Microsoft's resources, incentives, and funding programs to maximize value.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint GTM strategies and campaigns.
- Drive initiatives to increase visibility and adoption of joint solutions.
- Represent the company at Microsoft-related events and industry conferences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align efforts with the Microsoft partnership.
- Provide insights and training on Microsoft's ecosystem to internal stakeholders.
Reporting and Analysis:.
- Track and report on the performance of the partnership against predefined KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of the Microsoft alliance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Relationship Management.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and Microsoft stakeholders.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
- Facilitate regular business reviews and joint planning sessions.
- Knowledge Sharing and Enablement.
- Train and enable internal teams on Microsoft's technologies, programs, and offerings.
