Role Overview:
This is a replacement leadership role responsible for driving the organization's global IT Infrastructure and Information Security function. The mandate requires an experienced technology leader who can oversee enterprise infrastructure, security, cloud platforms, and architecture while partnering with business and technology stakeholders across global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global IT Infrastructure and Information Security function across corporate and manufacturing operations.
- Drive infrastructure strategy covering Cloud, Network, Security, Data Centers, and Enterprise Platforms.
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure architecture while ensuring security and operational excellence.
- Partner with business, manufacturing, and technology teams to deliver large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
- Lead vendor ecosystem and external technology partners while driving governance and service delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in Cloud platforms, Security tools, Monitoring, and Infrastructure Automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Information Security leadership.
- Candidates having Manufacturing, Pharma, Chemical, or consulting experience will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and architecture.
- Experience leading global infrastructure programs and managing distributed teams and vendor ecosystems.

Reporting To: Chief Information Officer.
Location: Ahmedabad.
