Role Summary
As the Global CMO, you will spearhead all strategic marketing efforts, with a mandate to position Intangles as a global leader in Predictive AI and Deep Tech innovation.
Based in Pune, you will oversee global marketing initiatives, including brand strategy, product marketing, PR, thought leadership, and demand generation, ensuring consistent narrative and growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership: Define and execute a global brand positioning strategy that firmly establishes Intangles as a pioneer in Predictive AI and Deep Tech.
- Global Marketing Strategy: Own the end-to-end marketing roadmap across North America, India, the Middle East, and emerging markets-ensuring regional resonance with a unified global narrative.
- Thought Leadership & PR: Amplify Intangles' voice in the AI and mobility ecosystem through whitepapers, media partnerships, keynote events, and analyst relations.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate complex tech capabilities into compelling product narratives that drive adoption and market differentiation.
- Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, and ABM strategies to drive qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build and mentor a high-performance global marketing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO/founders for all matters related to perception, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven success in branding and scaling Deep Tech, AI/ML, or SaaS companies globally.
- Deep understanding of technology marketing, enterprise B2B SaaS, and complex solution positioning.
- Demonstrated ability to build global campaigns, manage multi-regional teams, and work in high-growth environments.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technologies for different audiences.
- Experience working closely with founders and leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Strategy/Communications from a top-tier institution.
- Experience in the mobility, automotive, or industrial AI sectors is a strong plus.
- Prior experience scaling a brand from Series A/B to global recognition is desirable.
