Insurance specialst, Branch Banking ,   Locations: Delhi and Hyderabad  - Deliver the annual plan for insurance (life and general insurance business) through the branch banking community.  - Support the sales team to sell insurance policies to the existing base through:  - Portfolio Analysis of existing insurance and investment holdings.  - Need analysis and customer risk profile.   - Disseminate information on insurance industry, financial markets and competition products and analyze the same for a meaningful sales engagement.   - Drawing up the training roadmap for the individual RM and ensuring successful completion of the insurance training certification on regulatory and knowledge, attitude, skills and habits.   - Ensuring the customer engagement by organizing meets and speaking about insurance offering to build awareness in those meets.   - Joint sales drills with RMs to facilitate customers buy the right insurance product.  - Build the knowledge level of Branch Managers 	  - Be the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for adherence to regulatory guidelines including and not limited to IRDA and RBI guidelines.  - Be extremely vigilant for potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates and sales complaints.  - Highlight potential financial, regulatory and credit risk to the franchise for insurance sales.   - Knowledge on insurance products, financial markets and regulations a key determinant.   - Knowledge on banking would be preferred.   Attitude   - Carries a highly focused sales demeanor.   - Positive in outlook and can handle pressure cooker situations.  - Drive, passion and focus to over-deliver on expectations.  - Ability to get the job done even in an ambiguous environment.  Skills  - Proficient in analytics and is driven by digits.   - Ability to communicate effectively to influence people.  - MBA from premier B school with min 2-3 yrs exp.  Pls send resume to trisha.kapoor@gmail.com and/or mitra.rajashree@gmail.com
