Insurance Manager

As an Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's insurance programs, ensuring proper risk coverage, handling claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the VP - Finance at the Mumbai office.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance & Risk Management:

- Assess and determine the company's insurance needs.

- Select and negotiate insurance policies to minimize risks.

- Ensure timely renewal and documentation of policies.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Claims Handling & Compliance:

- Manage claims from initiation to settlement.

- Coordinate with insurers for fair and timely resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory insurance requirements.

- Provide reports to senior management on risk coverage and claims.
