Instructional Designer Manager - Learning & Development

Our client is one of the leading consulting firm.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design and develop learning assets and experiences across modalities and platforms including classroom, blended, and self-paced learning.

- Consult with Central and Business stakeholders to identify learning goals, develop curricula, define learning objectives, design behavioural skills interventions across the pyramid using sounds instructional theories and best-practices.

- Evaluate and amend existing training content to align with current business needs, emerging technology, and learning goals.

- Overseeing quality control through stringent reviews to ensure high instructional and grammatical standards are met.

- Identify, onboard, and liaise with external learning partners to oversee the planning and execution of vendor programs.

- Work with senior stakeholders to implement revisions to the organizational learning taxonomy, framework, and skilling interventions basis strategic business needs.

- Research, evaluate, and apply current and upcoming trends in L&D.

Key Requirement

- 8+ years of relevant experience in instructional designing, content creation, curriculum design across modalities

- Strong foundation in Instructional Designing models and methods. Exposure to Learning Experience Design/ Design Thinking/ Human Centered Design is preferred.

- Should have experience working with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) - must have led or contributed to technology interventions in the learning space, including building strategy for learning technology adoption and integration.

- Any Post-graduate from a reputed institute with specialization in HR. Additional certifications/diploma in Instructional Design/Learning Experience Design is desirable.

- Strong executive presence with impeccable written and verbal communication, strong relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with a keen sense of responsibility, high professional standards, and an excellent track record of dependability.

- Excellent mentoring skills with the ability to coach junior team members on cross-functional projects.

- Experience in conducting reviews with a sharp eye for detail.

- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools. Experience working on tech-enabled learning is advantageous.
