We are looking for an Instructional Designer to craft high-impact, custom leadership and executive education programs. This role sits at the intersection of learning architecture, instructional design, and digital media, and is ideal for professionals passionate about creating transformational learning experiences for senior leaders.

Role Purpose:

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing, curating, and delivering outcome-driven digital and blended learning programs, working closely with faculty, clients, research centers, and internal program teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Architecture & Curriculum Design:

- Design comprehensive learning architectures aligned to client and faculty objectives

- Develop curriculum maps, module structures, and assessment strategies using adult learning principles and Blooms taxonomy

Instructional Design & Content Development:

- Design and curate engaging instructional content for leadership and executive programs

- Collaborate with faculty, SMEs, and industry partners to co-create learning modules

- Integrate action learning, coaching, and experiential pedagogies

Stakeholder & Faculty Management:

- Lead design meetings, customization calls, and program reviews

- Assess faculty fitment and align them to appropriate programs

- Partner with Program Managers to ensure smooth program delivery

Digital & Multimedia Integration:

- Integrate video and multimedia elements into learning journeys

- Work closely with video creators and editors for high-quality digital content

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

- Conduct QA checks on learning materials

- Analyse participant feedback, ratings, and learning data to refine content

- Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design and ed-tech

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design / Digital Learning / Executive Education / Corporate L&D / EdTech

- Strong grounding in adult learning theory and digital pedagogy

- Experience designing video-based and blended learning programs

- Proven stakeholder and faculty engagement skills

- Ability to translate business and leadership needs into learning solutions

- Proficiency in instructional design tools and multimedia authoring software

- Strong portfolio showcasing curriculum design and digital learning work

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, or a related field

- Experience in executive education, strategic consulting, corporate learning, or online education preferred
