Job description: A high-ownership person with excellent communication skills to set up Troovys institutional sales.

Will have existing relationships with airlines, railways, coffee shops, corporates, and restaurants to sell Troovys range of healthy chips and biscuits.

Will also have experience in scouting, pitching to, and closing such accounts.

- Identify and evaluate potential partners (brands, corporates, distributors, platforms, agencies) aligned with business goals.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for partnerships prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

- Build joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, including co-branded campaigns, bundled offerings, and cross-promotions.

- Manage key partner accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, performance tracking, and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, finance) to deliver partnership commitments.

- Monitor partnership performance through KPIs/metrics like revenue contribution, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.

- Conduct market mapping & competitor benchmarking to identify new partnership opportunities.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings.

Requirements:

- MBA with 3-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.

- Proven track record in closing high-value deals and managing long-term client relationships.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to design and execute strategic GTM collaborations.

- Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, revenue planning, and performance tracking.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
