Position: Institutional Sales Manager - Tyres & Tippers

Role Overview
The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of tyres and tipper vehicles across institutional clients in Maharashtra. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and acquire institutional clients (fleet operators, logistics companies, construction firms, government contracts) for tyres and tippers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in Maharashtra.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements with institutional clients.
- Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in automotive, tyres, or heavy vehicles sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra market and institutional client base.
