Institutional Sales Manager - FMCG/FMCD
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales operations across the entire South Zone covering chain hospitals, corporate hospitals, government and multispecialty hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Meet and engage with Gynecologists, Diabetologists, Intensivists, Pediatricians, Nursing Staff, and other key influencers to promote the product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with hospitals and key decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations with hospitals and institutional clients to finalize contracts and pricing.
- Drive brand awareness and manage medical sales promotion activities within hospitals.
- Develop sales strategies, product plans, and revenue growth initiatives for new and existing accounts.
- Lead and manage the South Institutional Sales Team (on-roll and off-roll staff).
- Ensure strong hospital coverage, quality of sales calls, and effective team management.
- Oversee stock management at hospital purchase departments.
- Conduct product training, workshops, and educational sessions for stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
