Institutional Sales Manager - Bus Sales - Kolkata & Chandigarh

Role & responsibilities:
1.To lead & manage the sales of the Institutional Bus business in the region. Support retail business. Understand the market, create sales strategies and action plans
1.Identify, prospect, and acquire new institutional clients across assigned sectors.
2.Manage the tendering process from identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, submitting bids, to post-tender follow-ups.
3.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutions, corporates, and government bodies.
4.Understand client needs and propose suitable products/solutions aligned with business objectives.
5.Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales coordination.
6.Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 12-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Institutional bus sales)
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in tender management and institutional deal closures.
