Job Purpose
Lead institutional and corporate treasury relationships by delivering strategic investment solutions, driving AUM growth, and ensuring superior client experience ,The role demands strong leadership, consultative selling, and deep product expertise across MF/ Bonds/MLDs, and other treasury instruments.
Main accountabilities
Institution Client Acquisition and AUM growth
- Generate leads for Corporate Clients independently and through the Wealth channel
- Meet independently or along with wealth team to acquire and mange the Institutional clients
- Meet the AUM growth and Revenue targets for the business
Retention of Key Accounts
- Managing the existing clients and drive AUM and revenue growth through product innovation and strategic initiatives.
Internal and External Stakeholders Coordination
- Collaborate with product and Research team for client requirements
- Engage with AMC / Fixed income partners for helping in client servicing and product pitching.
Others
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and compliance guidelines
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Degree : Post Graduation ( MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance or Equivalent/ CFA/ CA would be preferred)
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds & Fixed Income
Minimum Experience - 5-6 years of Experience in the Institutional Sales
- Should have worked in Mutual Fund Institutional Business / Institutional Fixed income Dealing / Corporate Treasury
