Job Title: Institutional Research Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to develop a comprehensive understanding of target industries, companies, and investment opportunities.

- Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate valuable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Design and deliver error-free, client-ready presentations and reports in a timely manner.

- Identify and recommend investment ideas backed by robust research and sound logic.

- Engage regularly with the institutional sales team to share and discuss research views and stock ideas.

- Prepare and publish timely research content including initiation coverage reports, result updates, sector/company developments, and management meeting summaries.

- Deliver sector and stock-specific presentations to institutional clients.

- Interact with clients, analysts, fund managers, and other market participants to exchange insights and strengthen research impact.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equity research or a related field.

- Talent preferred from brokerage firms/ financial services

- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

- Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and industry analysis

- Ability to work independently under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail
