Institutional Equity Dealer - Buy Side - Capital Markets/Mutual Funds

Title: Institutional Dealer - Equities (Buy Side)

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Chief Investment Officer

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Dealer to execute equity trades across our institutional portfolios (mutual funds, PMS, AIFs) while ensuring best execution, regulatory compliance, and optimal transaction costs.

(Dealers with Derivates & other product Experience or from Retail Equity Broking NEED NOT APPLY)

Required Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)

- NISM Certification (preferred)

Experience:

- 5-7 years of equity dealing/trading experience in institutional Capital markets

- Prior buy-side experience with asset management firms, mutual funds, or insurance companies strongly preferred

- Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum platform (mandatory)

- Track record of managing institutional order flow and achieving best execution

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

- Advanced proficiency in Wealth Spectrum for order management and trade execution

- Strong knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, and market data platforms

- Familiarity with execution algorithms, DMA, and electronic trading platforms

- Understanding of TCA tools and transaction cost analysis

- Proficiency in MS Excel for trade analysis

Market & Regulatory Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of Indian equity markets (NSE/BSE), trading mechanisms, and settlement processes

- Knowledge of equity and their impact on cash markets

- Thorough understanding of SEBI regulations governing institutional trading and best execution
