Role Overview- We are seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Dealer to manage order execution and client servicing for institutional clients on the sell-side desk. The role requires strong market understanding, execution capability, and active client engagement to drive trading volumes and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute equity and derivative orders for allocated institutional clients

- Share trading ideas, market updates, news flow, and fund flow insights with clients

- Coordinate with Head Dealing to set and monitor trading limits for assigned clients

- Strive to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- Interact with clients daily to generate trading volumes and strengthen relationships

- Source and execute block deals for clients

- Conduct regular client meetings and engagement activities

- Maintain and update order sheets and trade sheets accurately

Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Institutional Equity Dealing

- Strong understanding of cash and derivatives markets

- Experience in equity dealing, derivatives trading, and proprietary trading preferred

- Strong client management and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
