Exponents Inc. is a top player in providing full-service Trade show booths and Exhibition stands in the USA. The same is true for Expo Display Service GmbH (EDS) in Europe. Right from designing a booth all the way through manufacturing, print production and installation at the show.

Our own facilities are strategically located in US- San Diego, Vegas, Dallas and Orlando and in Europe- Germany and Netherlands to cater to shows across the length and breadth of the region.

Both Exponents and EDS are fully owned subsidiaries of Insta -Group and captive clients for its outsourcing arm in India, Insta Integrated Marketing Solutions LLP. (IIMS).

The IIMS has grown from 20 to 150 employees in the last 5 years. A young team of professionals that work on Customer Service, space design, digital marketing, engineering and project management, for all our trade show booth customers in the US and Europe, out of the Mumbai office.

We are growing at 25% y-o-y and have a vision to sustain this growth for at least 5 years. This means more trade show booth projects in the ever-growing US & Europe market and more domain expertise out of India.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Process Lead - Marketing to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives focused on the USA market. This role will be responsible for leading the overall digital growth, including SEO, content, social media, and performance marketing for U.S.-focused platforms.

As the Process Lead, you will oversee the USA SEO team, and ensure that all digital strategies are aligned with business goals, optimized for performance, and executed effectively. You'll play a critical role in crafting and driving marketing strategies, ensuring measurable growth, and continuously optimizing for results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the entire digital marketing roadmap for the USA market across SEO, content, social media, and campaign strategy.

- Supervise the USA SEO team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing KPIs.

- Develop and implement high-level strategies for organic growth, brand visibility, and audience engagement across digital channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, content, sales) to ensure integrated execution of digital initiatives.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, audit activities, and introduce improvements across SEO and marketing workflows.

- Identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and partners to strengthen digital presence and performance.

- Monitor analytics and lead performance-based optimizations; present actionable insights to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with U.S. market trends, search behaviour, and platform-specific requirements.

- Guide content and social media efforts to complement SEO and drive thought leadership in relevant sectors.

- Implement systems and processes to track ROI, campaign success, and team productivity.

Requirements:

- Full-time MBA (Marketing) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution

- 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and traditional (classic) marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a strategic or leadership role.

- Experience working for a U.S. company/client focused on the U.S. market is a must

- B2B marketing leadership experience

- Proven ability to lead teams and align marketing outcomes with business growth.

- Experience in driving and overseeing content and social media strategies at scale.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with or managing U.S.-focused websites or campaigns.

- Exposure to performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and lead generation funnels.

- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and executional capabilities.
