Lead Management & Research:

- Work on incoming leads by conducting thorough research on client companies, their industry presence, past exhibitions, and ongoing marketing activities.

- Identify key decision-makers, business needs, and event participation history to tailor outreach strategies.

- Support the Account Executive (AE) in setting up introductory and follow-up meetings with potential clients.

- Maintain lead data and communication records in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

2. Account Nurturing & Client Engagement

- Maintain a calendar of upcoming events, exhibitions, and marketing opportunities for existing customers.

- Proactively reach out to clients ahead of major events to understand their next project brief and potential requirements.

- Strengthen relationships by maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients.

3. Project Coordination & Follow-up

- Regularly follow up on projects where designs and commercial offers have been submitted to ensure timely client feedback.

- Coordinate revisions or modifications requested by clients with internal design, operations, and costing teams.

- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of proposals, presentations, and updates.

4. Client Experience & Communication

- Create a seamless and pleasant client experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely response to inquiries or concerns.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, production, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.

- Prepare detailed meeting notes or minutes of meetings (MoMs) for all client interactions and share with relevant internal stakeholders.

- Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate client review meetings, presentations, and debrief sessions.

5. Reporting & Administration

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, and project milestones.

- Prepare weekly reports on client follow-ups, pipeline status, and event/project updates for management review.
