Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive delivery of high-impact projects. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will balance technical understanding with strategic execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams..

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timeliness.

- Drive project planning, scope, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning delivery with client expectations.

- Act as the primary client interface, handling communication, escalations, and reporting.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams for smooth execution.

- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track project KPIs using tools like JIRA/Confluence.

- Ensure compliance with quality gates, SLAs, and AI/GenAI-driven governance models.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost optimization, and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5 - 8 years in IT project management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record in delivering software development / product engineering projects.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Asana, or similar).

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Technical understanding of software engineering, cloud, or AI-led projects is a plus.

Good to Have - Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe are preferred.
