Inspiron Labs - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with business objectives.

- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless project execution.

- Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.

- Implement risk management strategies to identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks promptly.

- Lead adoption of appropriate project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) tailored to project needs.

- Establish and maintain robust project governance, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Maintain clear, consistent communication and manage expectations with stakeholders through meetings and regular updates.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- Manage project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and ensure they are accurate and accessible.

- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, ADO, and Confluence for efficient tracking and reporting.

- Provide basic technical and functional insights to support project decision-making.

- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end project management, preferably with IT service or software delivery projects.

- PMP certification is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, ADO, and Confluence.

- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams effectively.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

- Experience managing client communications and expectations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
